Propose change to the IAAE By-Laws

The IAAE Board of Directors would like to propose the following change to the by-laws. It currently states:

Section B. The fiscal year for IAAE is July 1 through June 30. The membership year is also July 1 through June 30.

Proposed Change:

Section B. The fiscal year for IAAE is January 1 through December 31. The membership year will be July 1 through June 30.

The reason for the proposed change is to move the end of the fiscal year away from the same time as conference, with the idea that this move will help alleviate some headaches for those dealing with registrations, dues, etc… during that time.
